Great kids, Great wall

His English is obviously still lacking, but his sentence of the day was, "Gracie, Gracie, shhh!". Needless to say, Mary Grace is talking enough for them both.
He has quit calling Shannon "aiyi", which is a term for any adult woman, literally meaning "auntie". He's now quite happy to call her "mommy". And I'm "baba", chinese for "daddy".
Tomorrow we head to Zhengzhou for adoption proceedings. Zane's first plane ride, which has him thrilled already.

Good morning, Shannon, Brett, MaryGrace and Sweetie Zane ... I am so joyful w/ tears to see how happy you folks were on those photos. Wonderful ! Love can move mountain. I could only see Zane's rosy cheek not bruises at all. Hope that all these joyous events can boost up his immune system. Have been praying for you all.

I am shaking as I read your blog guys. Zane looks like a Hilliard already - I think he has your eyes? He definitely has your heart. Can't wait to meet him and see the "Hilliard 6" in action. Love Jules Turner.

Wow, guys. What a warm and wonderful adventure you are beginning again. Zane looks like he's fitting in to the Hilliard clan just fine!! And I agree, he looks like a Hiliard. And what a sweet big sister he has to help him along. Can't wait to meet Zane. We saw Hudson at church on Sunday and he was doing great. Enjoy your days together.
